Optional External Services
Google Fonts and QR Server previews are disabled by default.
Administrators can enable or disable these services under:

Google Fonts
When enabled, the dashboard requests the font catalog from:
https://fonts.google.com/metadata/fonts
The catalog is cached for one day, and the request shares the server IP address with Google.
Selected fonts may also load in the dashboard and public menus/forms from:
These requests may share the visitor’s browser IP address with Google.
System fallback fonts and uploaded fonts can be used without enabling this service.

QR Server
When enabled, dashboard table QR previews request QR code images from:

Requests contain the encoded table link and may disclose the administrator’s browser IP address.
The Copy Link option remains available when QR previews are disabled.

WhatsApp Cloud API
Administrators can configure a Meta phone number ID, access token, recipient number, and approved message templates to send reservation notifications through:

When enabled, owner alerts may include:

- Customer name
- Guest count
- Reservation date
- Reservation time
Customer confirmations may be sent when an opted-in reservation changes from Pending to Confirmed.
These messages may include:

- Table
- Reservation date
- Time range
- Guest count
Existing bookings without recorded opt-in are not sent automatic customer messages.
Meta controls message delivery.
Manual customer messaging opens:
The customer’s phone number and a prefilled reservation message are only passed to WhatsApp when an administrator manually clicks the link.

Privacy and Data Storage
DineSuit may store information submitted through reservation forms, including customer names, contact details, and booking information.
Website owners are responsible for managing collected customer information according to their own privacy policy and applicable regulations.
Plugin settings, menus, and reservations remain in the WordPress database after plugin deactivation or deletion.
Administrators can remove reservations directly from the DineSuit dashboard.
Configured WhatsApp credentials are stored in a non-autoloaded WordPress option.
Browser Storage
The administrator dashboard may cache restaurant settings, menus, and reservation records in browser localStorage for synchronization and local recovery.
This cached information may include customer contact details.
Browser storage may remain on the device after logout or plugin deletion. On shared devices, administrators should clear the website’s browser storage when necessary.
This browser caching does not send the stored information to a third party.
