Each project is delivered according to the agreed proposal, quotation, or written agreement.

3. Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials required to complete the project, including but not limited to:

  • Website content

  • Images and media

  • Branding assets

  • Logo files

  • Login credentials

  • Product information

  • Hosting and domain access (if applicable)

Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline adjustments.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Remaining payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Final website files or migration may be delivered after full payment has been received.

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may delay project delivery.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are provided based on the information available at the start of the project.

Project timelines may change due to:

  • Delayed client feedback

  • Additional feature requests

  • Missing project materials

  • Third-party service delays

  • Force majeure events

Reasonable extensions may be required to ensure quality delivery.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed project scope.

Additional revisions, design changes, or new feature requests outside the original agreement may require additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information.

  • Respond to review requests in a timely manner.

  • Supply required assets and credentials.

  • Review completed work promptly.

  • Obtain legal rights for any content they provide.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that supplied content does not violate copyright or trademark laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • The client receives ownership of the completed website and approved project deliverables.

  • Mahmud Jibon retains the right to showcase completed projects within a personal portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and case studies unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been signed.

All development methods, reusable code libraries, workflows, and internal tools remain the intellectual property of Mahmud Jibon.

9. Website Content

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content published on their website.

Mahmud Jibon is not responsible for:

  • Copyright infringement

  • Trademark violations

  • False or misleading information

  • Illegal content

  • Third-party licensing issues

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party software, plugins, APIs, themes, hosting providers, payment gateways, or external services.

Mahmud Jibon is not responsible for:

  • Changes made by third-party providers

  • Plugin licensing policies

  • Service interruptions

  • API limitations

  • Hosting performance

  • Security vulnerabilities introduced by third-party software

Any third-party costs remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

11. Website Maintenance

Unless covered by an active maintenance agreement, ongoing updates, security monitoring, backups, plugin updates, and technical support are not included after project completion.

Maintenance services may be purchased separately.

12. Search Engine Optimization

SEO services improve a website’s technical foundation and visibility but do not guarantee:

  • Specific keyword rankings

  • First-page Google rankings

  • Increased traffic

  • Sales or revenue

  • Search engine indexing timeframes

Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results may vary.

13. Limitation of Liability

Mahmud Jibon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Website downtime

  • Data loss

  • Security breaches

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of revenue

  • Third-party software failures

  • Hosting issues

  • Search engine ranking changes

The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

14. Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.

If work has already begun:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

  • Any outstanding balance for completed milestones remains payable.

  • Project files may be delivered according to completed work and payment status.

15. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Client credentials and confidential information will never be shared with third parties except where required to complete the requested service or by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
